Delegates arriving on Wednesday may collect their Summit badges and registration materials in advance, ensuring a smooth start to Thursday’s sessions. At 3pm, registered participants may choose either the Gobelo Farm Tour or a visit to the Painted Dog Conservation Centre, both included for Summit delegates. Alternatively, delegates may opt for a 3pm sunset safari in Hwange National Park at US$65 plus park entry fees. An 8pm night excursion, Tracking Elephants by Moonlight, is also available at US$35.
