Info for ELISA Business Summit Attendees
HOW DO I ARRANGE MY TRAVEL
Participants are expected to make their own travel arranges to Hwange. Summit activities will be held on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 culminating with the Enterprise Leaders Dinner on November 18th, which begins at 6:30pm and ends at 9pm on the same day. Please notify the ELISA Team if you have any questions about your travel.

If you wish to stay longer to visit Hwange or Victoria Falls, you can request to book the departure for a day or two later, however, you would be responsible for your own hotel costs and meals in Victoria Falls.

WHERE DO I GO & WHERE WILL I STAY
The ELISA Business Scholars Training Session will be held at Gwango Wildlife Estate in Hwange, Zimbabwe. Please contact the ELISA Team if you need assistance with your logistics and accommodation. 

HOW DO I DRESS & WHAT DO I BRING
Casual business attire (keeping in mind that the event is being hosted in a safari area). The weather will be warm, so a business suit would not be advisable. Also wear comfortable shoes as the venue requires that you walk on Kalahari sands. Heels or delicate shoes are not advisable.


Info for Scholars
Participants attend orientation calls prior to the training session dates. If you are a ELISA Scholar or Coach, a link will be sent to you prior to the orientation date.

HOW DO I ARRANGE MY TRAVEL
Participants are expected to arrive in Hwange on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025. Scholars, Coaches and invited guests will attend the Enterprise Leaders Reception & Dinner on November 18th, which begins at 6:30pm and ends at 9pm.

The ELISA team has engaged a Travel Agent who will be arranging travel to Zimbabwe for all ELISA Scholars. Flights will be paid for by ICPD as part of the US$700 travel reimbursement which is a benefit of the ELISA Business Scholars Program. Please notify the ELISA Team if you have any questions about your travel.

If you are a Scholar, kindly note that when making your travel arrangements, your arrival date in Victoria Falls must be November 18th. Departure will be on November 21st. These are the dates when shuttle service will be provided between Gwango (the location of the ELISA training session) and Victoria Falls. If you wish to stay longer to visit Victoria Falls, you can request to book the departure for a day or two later, however, you would be responsible for your own hotel costs and meals in Victoria Falls.

WHERE DO I GO & WHERE WILL I STAY
The ELISA Business Scholars Training Session will be held at Gwango in Hwange Zimbabwe. Accommodation has already been arrange for Scholars and Coaches so there is no need for you to contact Gwango for a reservation accomodation.
