Young Leaders Professional Mentorship Malawi

This is a mentorship and training program with the goal of empowering young professionals in Universities with soft skills that will assist them compete in the job market and business world. We target young men and women from Universities who are placed under a two year mentorship program and are taught skills in accounting packages and systems, data analysis, project management, professional development and are also guided on ways in which they can grow to become what they aspire to be while they still in college. So far from 2022 over 50 students from Malawi University of Applied Sciences have been trained in accounting packages and systems through students that were placed under the mentorship program and were able to train their colleagues. So far six students were interviewed and selected for the mentorship program, two have graduated from the University and have secured employment with ease through the additional skills they acquired from the mentorship program. They are still part of the team and are now senior members of the consultancy.
