I have the vision of establishing an agro-processing Centre mainly for processing and packaging of healthy agricultural food products to reduce postharvest losses and improve healthy living standard of persons in Ghana and beyond. The mission of this business is to rekindle made-in-Ghana food products and to reduce the importation of fruit juice by processing, packaging and storing of available tropical fruits that is produced in the country and also reduce the high rates of post-harvest losses in the country.
