Nature’s Bar empowers young Nigerian women economically through access to finance and skills acquisition to engage in the manufacturing and retail of natural, eco-friendly skincare, driving economic development and unlocking new opportunities in emerging markets. We select fresh graduates and train them with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to realise their potential and to participate in strong and inclusive communities.

Through our initiatives, we address Nigeria’s growing unemployment crisis, poverty, and climate change/sustainability challenges through an innovative circular economy model that combines technology, social impact, and sustainable product development. Our emphasis is on empowering young women economically through skills acquisition to become economically independent and self-reliant. We provide holistic training, mentoring as well as provide them with startup skincare manufacturing kits to practice their vocation.
