Pamudzi Scholars HUB

Pamudzi Scholars HUB simply abbreviated as PSH, is a social enterprise based in Blantyre city, Malawi. Our main focus is to equip unemployed youths and women with valuable skills so that they can be able to start, run and manage resilient businesses that can change their lives. We do this through our program which comprises of six trainings in areas of food processing, non-food processing, carpentry and joinery, welding and fabrication, tailoring and Agriculture

Each training is accompanied by a mandatory entrepreneurship course and a person can chose to be trained in one or more skills.

MISSION & VISION

PSH mission is to empower unemployed youths and women with practical, industry-relevant technical skills through innovative training, fostering entrepreneurship career readiness and professional excellence. We believe to achieve this through our vision which is to become a leading trainer of technical skills in sub-haran Africa, recognized for bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, there by driving sustainable career growth and organizational success.
