You can say the team is tired, the investors are cautious, the market is tough...All these might be true. But if you’re leading the company, you’re also influencing how it thinks and moves. And if innovation has slowed, you need to ask: what ways of thinking have I stopped questioning?

Your job as a founder isn’t just to protect the business, but to also challenge it. Not recklessly, but thoughtfully. Not all at once, but consistently. Because no one else has permission to rethink everything the way you do. And if you’re blocked, the whole company is too.
