Remain teachable

Section 3 : Solicit and accept feedback

60%

This is integral to personal growth and development. Feedback serves as a valuable tool for gaining insights into our strengths and areas for improvement. However, accepting feedback can sometimes be challenging. It’s even more difficult to get feedback from the people around us, particularly if we're perceived as resistant to it. We must show an eagerness to receive honest feedback.

Positive criticism, in particular, holds immense value in guiding our development. By embracing this idea with an open mind and viewing it as an opportunity for learning rather than criticism, we foster a mindset of continuous improvement, and therefore staying teachable which should be a significant aspiration for all individuals committed to lifelong learning and growth.
