Skills are important, but values are what hold a team together when challenges arise. Hiring someone who can code like a genius or sell eggs to a chicken won’t help if they don’t share your core beliefs about integrity, collaboration, or long-term vision.
Ask yourself: Does this person believe in what we’re building? Someone aligned with your mission will bring passion to the work that no training can replicate. Skills can often be taught, but the right mindset and attitude can’t.
