So many aspiring entrepreneurs fail because they start on a foundation of talent, or skills. However, sometimes skill and talent will not be enough. It’s important to clearly define where you are going then create a plan to make it happen. And no matter how many times you fall short or fail, rise and refocus on your plan.
Failure is your engine oil, because every time you face a setback, you’ll have the opportunity to learn something new or create a new strategy. Learn from mistakes and reevaluate. Know what works for you and what doesn’t. Then revisit your plan for and keep moving forward. This is grit!
