To establish an organization that will serve and support the African aviation industry and careers in STEM by empowering women and raising honourable leaders.
To influence, raise and strengthen African leaders in Aviation and STEM
ALA aims to encourage the advancement of Aviation & STEM careers amongst young girls and women as well as raise honorable African leaders.
How?
*By hosting Avi-STEM Camps to expose youth in isolated African rural communities to the various opportunities that exist within Aviation and STEM fields.
*Ongoing mentorship programs for learners already registered in Aviation & STEM institutions.
*Career guidance programs for primary and middle school learners leading to an Annual International Girls in Aviation & STEM day.
*Life Skills Program to help develop an all round honorable upcoming African leader.
*By providing Informative Social Media platforms.
