THE GAME CHANGER SQUAD – SMART, SKILLED & SECURED

INTRODUCTION

The game changer squad is a YWWAV 2023 project to be run in primary and secondary schools. This program focuses on financial literacy, skills development and talent growth. (Training, mentorship and networking)

We aim at preparing high school graduates for life after completion. We help them make realistic plans and set attainable goals.

The goal is to raise a generation that is not only money smart but skilled and able to grow their talent into businesses that help them become self-sufficient and in turn create employment.

BACKGROUND

Young Women with a Vision in collaboration with The American Corner (CBU) have embarked on this project to equip school going children with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, help them identify their passion and interests and also teach them on the importance of self-development.

The goal is to raise a generation of young people who are fully aware of who they are, what they are passionate about and what they aspire to be. We want to help young ones understand that there is no wrong is pursuing what you are passionate about and encourage them to learn more on how to create than seek employment.
