Farm 360 is launching an initiative to provide training and capacity building in Black Soldier Fly (BSF) Management, Poultry Management, and Catfish Management for young women aged 18 to 35 and individuals with disabilities. Participants will reside on the project site for 12 weeks, receiving both practical, hands-on training and theoretical instruction to equip them with the necessary skills to succeed in the industry.

The program will select young women from across the country, with a focus on 80% from rural areas and 20% from urban and peri-urban areas. At the end of each training cycle, qualified participants will receive Starter Packs designed to help them implement the skills they have learned in a manner suitable for their specific locations. This initiative aims to promote employment, boost production, and improve the standard of living for the participants.

To further support participants, we will develop an app that facilitates easy market access. This app will allow participants, especially those with disabilities who may face mobility challenges, to find buyers for their products without needing to travel. By listing their products on the app, participants can reach a broader audience, negotiate prices, and manage sales efficiently. This digital solution ensures that participants can focus on production while seamlessly connecting with the market, thereby enhancing their income and business sustainability.
