Lizu Community Network (LCN) is a dynamic Zambian non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through digital innovation, civic engagement, and inclusive governance. Established on September 1st, 2023, Lizu envisions a society where every citizen, regardless of their background, has the digital tools, knowledge, and confidence to participate meaningfully in democratic processes and demand accountability from duty bearers.

With a strong community-led approach, Lizu focuses on bridging the digital divide and promoting access to information, digital literacy, and advocacy skills among underserved populations, especially youth, women, and grassroots groups. Through its three core programs; Community Engagement and Digital Literacy, Technical Capacity Building, and Digital Advocacy and Policy Influence. The organization supports initiatives that foster good governance, human rights, and sustainable development.
