Your self-worth is a project that aims to bring out hidden talents and skills in our youths and the business community based on entrepreneurship and business management training. Given the number of school drop outs and unemployed graduates in our communities. Your self-worth is an entrepreneurship model that is meant to equip our communities for creating businesses that would guarantee employment, reduction of poverty, eradicating of huger and ensuring sustainability. Business ideas are generated and practical activities are carried out by all participants to ensure successful implementation and sustainability. The duration of such trainings will go between three to six months per batch.

Participants are paired in groups of five to ten members and practical activities like research, information and data gathering through surveys, questionnaires and face to face discussions and analysis are done to bring out expected business outcome. After the completion of group projects, each participant will write a business plan for their intended project and the plan will be evaluated. Some participants with outstanding projects would have the possibility to obtain loans from financial institutions to implement their business idea. This process will go on throughout the year and we are hoping to empower at least two thousand community members by 2030.
