Problem Statement: The increased demand for our products in almost all districts of Mossurize, Machaze, Sussundenga and Chipinge in Zimbabwe leaves us sleepless. The lack of better conditions for us to intensify distribution worries us. We have potential customers such as the Mossurize District Hospital, Teresa Amuli Nhalingue and Joaquim Chissano Internment Centers, Machaze Supermarket where we are unable to offer our organics chickens due to the lack of transport with air conditioning and also due to the lack of freezers and cold rooms. Since our purpose is to offer high quality products and adding value to organic chickens.

Business Goals
Goals and Objectives:

●       Short-term goals: Finalize our pilot phase by supplying our last 1900 chickens and finalize the final guarantees with our potential clients Mossurize District Health Director, Mossurize District Police Commander, Dzonzai Restaurant in Chipinge Zimbabwe.

●       Medium-term goals: By May of this year, we will reach 100 to 500 and build loyalty among at least 500 customers who sign a contract for at least two years and have investors or cooperation partners interested in investing in our cause.
