Description
Would you say that you are an honest person? On a personal level, do you have moral and ethical values? Are you honest with yourself and with others? Do you purposefully adjust your actions and behaviors based on those values? If you answered yes, then you have integrity – and we can assume that when you speak, you mean what you say. You are an honest person.
Summary
As a leader, you must be a trustworthy and reliable individual. You also should realize that you compromise your personal integrity when you allow other people to make poor decisions for you – or when you do something to personally betray your own moral and ethical values.
