If you determine that there are multiple systemic problems with your current trajectory, resist the urge to fix them all at once. Not only can a major overhaul confuse your customers, but tackling multiple issues simultaneously can make it difficult to assess the efficacy of each change.
Instead, prioritise your challenges and tackle them in blocks. Make revisions to the first item on your list, and then measure the results. Once the impact is clear, move on to the next change on your list.
