Project Overview: A 9-month intensive program to digitize and scale 150 rural MSMEs across 3 Nigerian states (Enugu, Anambra, and Imo), focusing on women-led businesses and agricultural value chains.

Objectives:

  • Train 150 rural entrepreneurs in digital business tools and e-commerce
  • Establish 3 regional digital resource centers
  • Create an online marketplace connecting rural producers to urban markets
  • Deploy mobile-friendly business management apps

Timeline (9 months):

  • Months 1-2: Community mapping and entrepreneur identification
  • Months 3-5: Digital skills training and platform development
  • Months 6-7: Business coaching and mentorship implementation
  • Months 8-9: Market linkage facilitation and impact assessment

Expected Outcomes:

  • 150 businesses digitized with 60% revenue increase
  • 450 direct jobs created (3 per business average)
  • 3 sustainable digital hubs established
  • Mobile app with 5,000+ users
