1. OVERVIEW
NHA-HEALTHTECH, a Cameroonian founded and based HealthTech Startup with aim to develop, design and deploy digital health and healthtech solutions and also to help healthcare facilities across Cameroon and the African continent to effectively transition for paper based to more efficient digitalised Health systems for the digital transformation of our healthcare landscape and for the betterment of patient care

2. THE SOLUTION
NHA-HEALTHTECH is currently developing its flagship solution called Mi-HEALTH which is a Personal Health Record mobile application design to enable patients and individuals to have control over their health data and ensure that they can access and share these data digitally anytime and anywhere. We have launched an MVP for Mi-HEALTH and we are currently obtaining initial user feedback 

3. THE PROBLEM
Developing Mi-Health came as a result of the following: 
A- Fragmented Health Records: Patient data in Cameroon is siloed and dispersed across many different health facilities through the multiplicity of medical booklets and records, leading to repeated tests, medical errors, and incomplete patient histories.
B- Limited Patient Empowerment: Patients lack easy access to and control over their health information, diminishing their ability to participate actively in care.
C- Poor Continuity of Care: Lack of unified records makes it difficult to manage chronic diseases and coordinate care between specialists.
