Did you know that honesty and integrity is linked to increased workplace performance? Not only that, leaders with integrity gain greater trust from those around them – and team members or employees who work for honest leaders with high personal integrity have a propensity to demonstrate more positive behaviors in the workplace.

To assess your level of personal integrity, ask yourself if you’re accountable for your behavior and the decisions you make. You should also ask yourself if you accept responsibility for your mistakes, if you follow through on promises and commitments, if you act in ways that help build trust with others – and if you’re setting a positive example overall.
