Finding qualified job candidates can be a challenge. There’s a large population to draw from, but lower percentages of properly skilled labor.

Networking allows you to leverage connections to find the employees you’re looking for. Many of the people you’ll meet won’t have the skills you need, but they may know someone that does. Or they may know someone that knows someone that does. Building a network is like developing a vast web of talent scouts.
