At some point, you have to put skin in the game. Not just effort, but real investment. That might mean money, it might mean time, energy, visibility, or opening up to outside help. But if everything stays on pause until you magically have more resources, the business will plateau.
Backing your business with the same belief you expect from others matters more than raising capital or hiring fast. If you don’t treat it like something worth growing, why would anyone else?
