Don’t get distracted by what others are doing, especially in more developed markets. Do not build AI systems for people who are not your customer. Focus on what makes sense for your audience. If your customers mostly engage on a certain messaging app, then think of how AI can help you respond faster or automate follow-ups there. If your website gets a lot of visits, maybe an AI-powered chatbot can help answer common questions without making people wait.

It’s all just to keep it simple and useful. Don’t adopt tech for show. Use it where it will actually improve someone’s experience, will save time or help them make a decision faster. That’s how you build loyalty and trust, not through complicated features that only confuse people.
